For companies that want to decide well — and then get it done through the right providers
Boards and executives evaluating Saudi Arabia as a new market.
Exporters deciding between a distributor, an agent and a direct presence.
Industrial and engineering firms that will need local contractors, suppliers and facilities.
Companies already active in the Kingdom that want their next steps coordinated.
Where foreign companies typically lose time and money
- Registering an entity before confirming the activity is eligible and commercially viable.
- Underestimating banking, KYC and document requirements — and the time they take.
- Discovering Saudization and workforce implications after the hiring plan is set.
- Choosing a location, warehouse or factory site without the operating requirements in hand.
- Selecting contractors and suppliers without qualification criteria or a comparison method.
- Signing with a partner or distributor before defining the model and the exit terms.
- Managing five providers with no one coordinating the sequence between them.
- Doing the right steps in the wrong order.

Understand the regulatory pathway before you apply — then move through it with the right specialists
We map the activity to the relevant authorities, identify the approvals and registrations involved, their order and dependencies, the documents to prepare and an indicative timeline. We then coordinate with the licensing specialists or service providers you select. We do not issue licenses and we do not guarantee approval.
Be ready for the bank, the hiring plan and the premises
Banking and compliance: the KYC and corporate documents banks typically request, bank comparison criteria, and how tax registration, VAT, accounting and payroll fit into a compliance calendar — coordinated with the banks, accountants and tax specialists you select.
Workforce and premises: the workforce model, Saudization considerations, recruitment needs and HR setup; office, warehouse or factory requirements; and coordination with the HR and real-estate providers you select.
Local execution needs a selection method — and someone to coordinate it
We define what you need, structure RFQs and RFPs, set prequalification criteria, support sourcing, compare bids technically and commercially, support negotiation, recommend the selection and coordinate with the contractors and suppliers you choose. Typical categories include:
Selected based on defined qualification criteria.
TAQUDI is not a contractor and does not guarantee contractor performance. It helps with selection and coordination.

Distributor, agent, joint venture or direct sales — each has a different risk, cost and control profile. We assess the model, define criteria, identify and shortlist candidates, coordinate meetings, apply a due diligence framework and recommend. We do not guarantee the success of a partnership or any sales.

Frequently asked questions
Does TAQUDI set up the company for us?
We advise on entity options, sequence, documents and dependencies, compare setup and legal providers, and coordinate the process with the provider you select. The regulated formation work itself is carried out by that licensed provider.
Can you obtain the license or guarantee approval?
No. We help you understand the pathway, identify the authorities and approvals, prepare the documentation and coordinate with the right specialists. Licenses are issued by the competent authorities and approval is never guaranteed.
Do you open the bank account?
No. We prepare you for it — documents, KYC expectations, bank comparison criteria — and coordinate with the bank where required. The account is opened by you with the bank, and we do not guarantee it.
Do you recruit staff or provide housing?
No. We plan the workforce model and the relocation checklist, compare recruitment, HR, real-estate and relocation providers, and coordinate with the ones you select. Recruitment and leasing are done by those providers.
Do you manage or guarantee contractors?
We help define needs, source and compare contractors and suppliers against defined qualification criteria, support negotiation, recommend the selection and coordinate with the ones you choose, with progress follow-up where contractually agreed. We are not a contractor and do not guarantee performance.
Are the providers you recommend affiliated with or endorsed by TAQUDI?
No, unless stated in writing. Providers are selected based on your requirements and defined criteria. We do not describe any provider as verified, government-approved or guaranteed.
What is Implementation Coordination Support?
An optional service after you approve the roadmap: we shortlist providers, coordinate meetings, track document readiness, actions and timelines, and report progress across the providers you select. It does not include delivering regulated services ourselves.
What do we receive at the end of an engagement?
A written assessment, options compared with trade-offs, a recommended path with sequence and dependencies, provider shortlists, a risk register, priority actions and a 90-day roadmap.
Which sectors do you cover?
Mining, metals, manufacturing, engineering and EPC, food manufacturing, technology, hospitality, construction, logistics, energy and professional services.
